Membership Terms & Conditions for website (July 27, 2026)

All membership benefits are for active members in good standing during the term of their membership.

Membership Services – All memberships include your choice of a 50-minute massage or signature facial each month.

Additional Membership Massage and Facials Services – Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services for their personal use at discounted rates.

Rollover Privileges – Members may rollover any unused services to the following month. Upon termination of your month to month membership, accumulated member service packages expire and are non-refundable 90 days after you cancel your membership, accumulated member services expire 90 days after the last day of a Prepaid Term Membership.

Retail Discounts – A 10% discount is given to all members on retail product purchases.

Gift Cards – Members may purchase an unlimited number of gift cards. Restrictions may apply during special member gift card promotions. There are redemption limits for non-members. See Guest Privileges section below. Gift Cards must be present for redemption.

Service Credit Transfers – Members can transfer up to three (3) service credits within a twelve (12)month period for a transfer fee. Transfers must be completed at the member’s home Spa.

Guest Privileges – Members may bring a guest to receive services at the member rate. Guest privileges are limited to three (3) visits within a twelve (12) month period at member pricing. This limit applies to any visit where the guest:

• Receives member priced services as the guest of a member
• Redeems a credit transfer from a member
• Redeems a member priced gift card

Nationwide Acceptance – Membership privileges and service credits are accepted at all Hand & Stone locations in Canada.

Rewards Program – Members participate in our Rewards Program and can earn services and discounts. See Rewards Program on website for further details.

Membership Freeze Option – A membership may be frozen for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of three (3) months at participating locations.

Memberships can only be frozen two (2) times in a twelve (12) month period for a maximum of three (3) months at a time. A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again. A “freeze fee” may apply.

Members can redeem accumulated services during a freeze but cannot utilize any additional membership benefits (i.e. bringing guests, discounted gift card purchases, retail discounts).

A minimum of one EFT payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen.

Freezing a membership is completely at the discretion of each individual Spa based on individual circumstances.

Membership Cancellation – You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting the Spa where the membership was purchased.

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, your membership will be scheduled for termination. One final membership payment may be charged on your next regularly scheduled billing date. Unused service credits must be redeemed within ninety (90) days of the date your cancellation request is received if a final payment is charged, or within sixty (60) days if no final payment is charged at the discretion of the spa. Should your membership be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances at the Spa, such as a spa closure, no final payment will be collected and the 60 grace days will apply. Any unused service credits remaining after the applicable redemption period will expire and have no further value.

Other Membership Conditions – Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Hand & Stone must be notified about any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information.

Guests must follow Spa rules and regulations. Hand & Stone reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.

Hand & Stone reserves the right to modify/change Spa rules, regulations, services and pricing with reasonable notice.

Twenty-four (24) hour advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 50% (subject to local spa policy) of the cost of the scheduled service. (Note: for purposes of this clause, rescheduling of a service is considered to be a cancellation.)
