Cancellation Policy


Please note that once your appointment has been confirmed, a minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Please keep in mind that “no-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our RMT's and estheticians with empty appointment times. As well, we may have had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that time slot! Because of this, guests that do not honour their appointments may be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.

Late Policy


Hand & Stone understands being late is sometimes unavoidable and will do its best to accommodate the full service. If the client is late for their appointment, Hand & Stone reserves the right to shorten the service in order to accommodate scheduling requirements or to reschedule the appointment. The client will be responsible for the payment of the full service booked.
