To help Massage Therapy and Esthetician students fulfill their required outreach hours, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is pleased to welcome students and their instructors into our spas. This hands-on experience provides an opportunity for students to complete their outreach hours while learning in a real-world, professional spa environment.
We are passionate about supporting future Massage Therapists and Estheticians as they begin their careers. We regularly visit classrooms — both virtually and in-person — to share valuable insights, knowledge, and inspiration with students and soon-to-be graduates. During these sessions, we answer questions about what it’s like to work at Hand & Stone, how to manage a full client caseload, and what it takes to thrive in a busy spa setting.
As a student, you can gain valuable work experience at a local Hand & Stone spa through part-time employment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn how a spa operates, interact with Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and Estheticians, and get a true sense of what a day in the life of a Massage Therapist or Esthetician is like — all while earning an income during your studies.
