What can I expect?
You can expect your spa treatment at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa to be tailored to meet your needs. When you arrive, our friendly staff will welcome you into a tranquil environment. You’ll be invited to relax in our comfortable lobby while completing a brief health history intake form. This helps your service provider customize your experience safely and effectively.
Our front desk team will also ensure you’re comfortable with in-room options and customizations available during your visit.
Before your treatment begins, a Registered Massage Therapist or Certified Esthetician will review your form and conduct a consultation to better understand your concerns, any current conditions, and the areas you’d like us to focus on.

Spa etiquette
At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, you can expect a tranquil, relaxing and comfortable environment throughout your spa session. All rooms have individual sound and lighting controls with the highest quality heated tables, covered in clean crisp linens and a plush blanket.
You can always communicate any requests or concerns to your Registered Massage Therapist or Esthetician during your treatment. Your level of comfort is our top priority.
Arrive Early
Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment – this gives you time to check in, slow down and relax before your session.
Silence Phones
Silence your cell phone – this is your time to escape from the outside world.
Age Restrictions
Age requirements for massage and esthetic services may vary. If you're booking a service for a minor, we recommend contacting the spa directly to confirm eligibility and any specific guidelines. In general, minors must have parental or guardian consent, and a parent or guardian may be required to remain on-site during the appointment.
Cancellations
Cancellation policy – 24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Communication
It’s all about you. Communicate with your Registered Massage Therapist or Esthetician that you prefer no conversation during your service except to check on your comfort, if you want more or less pressure or if you have a product preference for your skin.
Personal Comfort (Massage)
Your comfort is our priority at Hand & Stone. Undress to your comfort level—our Registered Massage Therapists can perform your treatment whether you're partially clothed or in undergarments. Proper draping ensures your privacy throughout.
